Getting there
Shimane’s tourism guide lists about 60 minutes by Hinomisaki-bound bus from JR Izumoshi Station. Part of the access road uses temporary alternating traffic. Check current bus times and road conditions before visiting.

The official access page gives approximately 25 minutes by Ichibata bus from JR Izumoshi Station. The approach and precinct walk require additional time.

Getting there
The shrine gives about 20 minutes by bus from JR Matsue Station’s stop 5, or about 15 minutes by car. Check the current Yaegaki Jinja service and return timetable.

The official access page gives about 3 minutes on foot from JR Bizen-Ichinomiya Station to the front torii. The nearest station is not Kibitsu Station.

Getting there
From Miyajimaguchi pier, the official guide gives a ferry crossing of about 10 minutes to Miyajima pier. Continue on foot to the shrine. Allow separate time for reaching the pier, waiting, and the island walk; the crossing time is not the full journey.

Getting there
The prefectural guide lists taxi journeys of about 20 minutes from Nagato-Furuichi or Hitomaru stations, or 40 minutes from Nagatoshi Station. This is not a promise of ordinary bus access. Check visit suspensions first.
