Sarutahiko no Mikoto
A short history
Dedicated to Sarutahiko, the shrine is traditionally associated with longevity, relationships and guidance. It preserves traditions of an ancient origin, while the main sanctuary is an Important Cultural Property. The lakeside torii and shrine buildings are on opposite sides of the road.

Do not cross Route 161. The checked tourism guide states that illumination of the lake torii is suspended. The photograph shows a roof detail of the shrine buildings, not the lake torii.
